Buen Aché's commitment to diversity can be seen in the racial and ethnic diversity of its members.

Bringing traditional Afro-Latino music and dance to a wide range of audiences is Buen Aché's goal. The company seeks to preserve and teach about Afro-Latino culture by telling stories through dance.

The company features dancers from Burundi, France, Puerto Rico, Trinidad and Tobago, the United States, Vietnam, and other countries.

Buen Aché believes that the addition of an Afro-Latino presence to the Lowcountry's artistic and cultural scene serves to emphasize the connections of the African Diaspora throughout the Americas. Learn more about us.
